The Department of Music offers specialized instruction leading to the B.S. Ed. in Music Education. Music majors at Clarion get hands on in teaching music from their very first semester. Performance opportunities abound – large ensembles, chamber ensembles, and solo performances – and learning doesn’t stop at the classroom door, with numerous masterclasses, workshops, and conference opportunities for students each year.
